# Bell-407GT

American light multipurpose helicopter designed for striking and reconnaissance. Developed by the American company Bell Helicopter. The Bell 407 helicopter became famous for its record round-the-world flight, the route of which passed through both poles of the Earth. With two crew members, the machine took off on December 5, 2006 and returned on March 23, 2007. For 189 days, more than 57,900 km were covered, several dozen landings were made, including at the South and North Poles. The total flight time was 300 hours.
