South African attack helicopter developed by Denel Aerospace Systems. The helicopter is designed to destroy enemy personnel and equipment, strike ground targets, air support and escort, as well as for air reconnaissance and actions against partisans. A total of 12 helicopters were produced, 11 of them are in service with the South African Air Force. 1 in 12 was decommissioned after the accident.
